For case tracking, we have developed a veterinary portal that allows you to check status of your CGP request.
Similar to submitting a CGP request, you will need to log into the Veterinary Portal using your credentials, navigate to “Order,” and select the “Track My Sample Status” button. We have tested this feature with several hospitals, and would appreciate any feed you may have. If not, happy tracking.
Note: The same credentials (registered account email and password) must be used to access this feature.
